Terms of Service

Ozil AI is an independent AI video creation service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official product of Mesut Özil, a football club or a league.

Your uploads

You must have the rights and permission to upload each photo and to create and use the resulting video. Do not use the service for deceptive impersonation, harassment, illegal content or violation of another person's rights.

Credits and generation

Purchases are one-time credit packs priced in US dollars. Credits never expire. A 5-second, 480p video uses 5 credits. A 12-second, 720p video uses 10 credits. Credits are reserved before a generation request is submitted. A provider-confirmed failed render automatically returns the reserved credits. A request with an unknown submission result requires reconciliation before it can be refunded or retried safely.

AI results may contain visual artifacts and may vary in likeness, composition and motion. A completed render does not guarantee a specific artistic result. We do not add a watermark to generated downloads. Ownership and permitted use remain subject to the rights in your input and the applicable provider terms.

Payments and support

Stripe processes purchases. The credit refund for a failed render is a return of credits, not an automatic refund to the payment card. For payment issues, contact support@ozilai.app. These terms do not limit rights that apply under mandatory consumer law.
